1. Information We Collect

When you submit an application through our Model Hunt, we collect contact details (full name, phone number, email, city), physical measurements (age, height, gender), social media handles, and voluntary introductory bios or photographs.

2. Use of Information

Your information is used solely for evaluation by our casting directors, communicating audition statuses, and coordinating professional portfolio shoots or brand representation upon selection.

3. Data Security

All submitted portfolios are stored securely and remain strictly confidential. We never sell, lease, or distribute applicant data to third-party marketing agencies.

Terms of Representation

These Terms of Representation govern the relationship between selected talent and Embellish Talent Management.

1. Non-Exclusive & Exclusive Contracts

Selected applicants entering our roster may sign development or placement agreements outlining specific commission structures for commercial bookings, runway shows, and print editorials.

2. Talent Conduct & Punctuality

Represented models are expected to maintain professional standards, attend scheduled castings and fittings on time, and keep their portfolio measurements and imagery up to date.

3. Compensation & Payments

All client payments are processed securely through the agency, and earnings are disbursed to talent promptly in accordance with agreed contract terms minus standard agency commissions.

Casting Disclaimer

Embellish Talent Management operates with absolute transparency regarding all auditions and casting calls.

1. No Upfront Fees

Embellish Talent Management **never** charges any registration, application, or mandatory upfront booking fees for participating in our Model Hunt or submitting online auditions.

2. Official Communications

All official notifications are sent exclusively from our verified corporate email (info@embellishworld.com) or official agency WhatsApp channels. Please beware of impersonators.

3. Minor Representation

Applicants under the age of 18 must submit applications with the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
